infobank helps you organise, edit and distribute your valuable images.

How does it work?

infobank tracks all of your images in it’s database and helps you to organise them into image albums and catalogues and save them automatically in multiple formats. It also lets you distribute them to third parties, or automatically update your website.

Why do you need infobank?

If you have an extensive collection of product images it is time-consuming and expensive to keep them organised, especially when you have to supply them to other third parties, like agencies, distributors or magazines for example. imagebank makes it easy to store your files, find them when required and send them elsewhere by CD-ROM or e-mail.

Image albums and catalogues

infobank lets you group similar images together into albums and into catalogues that contain multiple albums, helping you to find and retrieve them later. It also lets you copy, move or rename them either individually or as a selected batch. You can even assign key words to individual images and use these for searching later.

infobank will create thumbnails of all the images in a album, allowing you to quickly browse through the album and locate the most suitable image for your purpose. You can also zoom in on an individual image for a closer examination.

Multiple formats

Your images are typically required for a variety of different purposes, including reproduction in print, display on a website or inclusion in a sales presentation, and each of these requirements probably need a different format. infobank can display and save images in TIFF, JPEG (both RGB and CMYK) and PNG formats.

infobank helps you manage multiple formats/sizes of the same image. For example you may have a particular product photo that is required in different sizes and different formats or resolutions, making many copies of the same file. infobank lets you set up formats and assign them to an album. One album can have as many formats as you like. Whenever you add an image to an album all of the formats are automatically created too. If you rename an image infobank will rename them all at once for you, together with any pre-defined prefixes or suffixes.

Image library CDs

You can create an image library on CD by selecting images from a single or multiple albums. The finished CD contains it’s own interface so that when the user inserts it into their computer they can view thumbnails, zoom images and save/rename them. This gives you a very efficient way of supplying images to others in a professional presentation and gives them a simple way to find what they need quickly. For example, suppose that you have many images of a particular product infobank packages them all together and the user can preview them to decide which one is most suitable.
